With 20 years experience in health administration, accreditation processes and education/staff development across a broad spectrum of health care facilities, Marion Cook, Director of Accreditation Support Services, has extensive experience and proven success in supporting organisations through accreditation processes using systems such as the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) , ISO 9000 and Aged Care and Residential Standards.

This experience in supporting accreditation processes has involved a wide range of health facilities including acute care private hospitals, nursing homes, community health organisations, free standing day surgery centres, physiotherapy practices, diagnostic imaging centres, specialist medical care centres such as invitro fertilization (IVF), renal dialysis and cardiac care units.
